Aleksander Ryzhenkov
President

• has been the Director of Donetsk Iron and Steel Works since 1994; after the privatization and restructuring of the plant he has been the head of the enterprises located at the same site; effectively coordinates their cooperation and settles all issues of concern.
• his labour activity began in 1972 in the Open-Hearth Furnace Shop of Donetsk Iron and Steel Works.
• since 1986 till 1994 had occupied the positions in the Party organizations and Executive government bodies of Donetsk.
• PhD in Economics, honorary worker of the Industry of Ukraine  

Andrey Saltanov
Director General 

• Highly experienced in the executive positions of steel sector; occupied the positions of the Director General of “ESTAR”, Strategic Development Director of West Siberian Metallurgical Industrial Complex, Head of Technical Department of Kuznetsk Metallurgical Industrial Complex; developed anti-crisis programs and was working in the External Management team during the period of company bankruptcy.
• DSc in Engineering, author of 11 patents and 90 scientific papers

Dmitry Fokin
Financial Director

• has been working in financial sector since 1997.
• started his career in PricewaterhouseCoopers, worked in a number of large leading companies, including “Alfa Group” (Senior internal auditor, CTF) and Golden Telecom (Senior financial manager, CorFin); till 2009 had been CFO in DataGardens (telecommunications).
• in 2006 – 2008 got MBA degree in Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
• in 1993 – 1997 graduated from John Carroll University (Cleveland, USA), his major is Finances. 

Pavel Sibilev
Commercial Director

• held the position of Director General of Steel and Ñommodities SAM (Monaco) for CIS and Baltic countries (company’s production output – more than 1 million tons of steel annually). The company is a structural division of Metal Corp NV.  Earlier he had been holding a position of Deputy Head of the Foreign Economic Relations Department of CJSC DMZ.
• Donetsk-born, familiar with the specific nature of Donbass region.

Hashim Raza,
Executive Director

• has a long work experience in iron and steel industry; had been occupying the executive positions at Pakistan Steel mill in Karachi for more than 14 years. As General Manager of Metalsrussia corporation supervised the repair of the blast furnace at Pakistan Steel mill under the contract with “Severstal”.
• Under his direct management the project of reconstruction of Electric Arc Furnace shop, Blooming Mill and Scrap shop of DEMP was implemented.
