1. B-MIX MICROMINERAL is ready for application material, which consists of multicolored mineral powder and binder. According to its decorative and physicomechanical properties is not inferior to the best foreign analogs. 2. Advantages: - Simple in application and exploration;

3. Consumption: ≈ 10-12 m² from one bucket (26kg). 4. Micromineral is applied on preprocessed surface, which should be dry, clean, plane, non-crumbling. All defects should be eliminated and the surfaces are to be glazed. Dirty surfaces should be cleaned with scrubber or emery. Older crumbling layers of lacquer coatings are to be deleted and glazed. Metal surfaces should be cleaned from rust, dirt, cleansed with rust reducer and covered with alkyd primer of applicable color. 5. Limits: - Residual moisture of the wall is 5-10%. Surface temperature is from +5˚Ñ up to +28˚Ñ. It is not allowed to apply in rainy and hot weather under direct sunlight. If it is necessary the freshly applied covering should be protected with polyethylene canopy up to its complete drying.
6. Application Container charge with sizing base is put into a bucket with microminerals and mixed with shaker at low speed, add up to 1 l of water if it is necessary.
The distance between sprayer and the wall is app. 400 mm. Demands to compressor: operating pressure – 6 – 8 atmospheres, productivity – not less than 410 m3. Two layers are applied: - First layer – toning of the wall with the help of micromineral;
- Second layer – finishing, after the first layer drying.
