How to send a press release to platforms

← Back

In the "Press releases" tab of the posting module, compose the release (possibly with AI), then for each platform open the form, copy the fields in one click, and mark the sending.

  1. In the "Posting and newsletter" section, open the "Press releases" tab.
  2. Fill in the "Headline", "Summary — 1–2 sentences, the essence of the news", "Release text", "Media contacts", and "Website link". You can click "Take release text from publication" and "Take image from publication".
  3. Or describe the news in the "What the release is about (for AI)" field and click "AI, write a press release".
  4. Click "Save release".
  5. In the "Platforms" list, for each platform open the form, copy the fields, and send the release on its website. Then mark for the platform that the release has been sent.

Release receivers have no way to accept a release automatically, so the final click on their website is yours. The module remembers where the release has already gone. If you paste a link to the published release, it will be saved next to the mark.

Initially, the list has ten platforms, including Press-release.ru, PRtime, Forpress, Pressukha, and Pressfeed. Each has a note: whether it's free and whether registration is needed. You can add your own platform with the "+ Your platform" button. Deleted platforms are not restored.

The AI writes the release in a business style in the third person and does not invent numbers, prices, dates, or quotes. Still, check the facts before sending.

If it didn't work

  • The AI button says it is not configured. AI is connected on the platform side — write to support. You can also write the release manually.
  • Your platform address is not saved. It must start with https:// and have no spaces.

Tips for working with the builder

The "Help" section is made for those who are building a website on "Pervaya Liniya" for the first time. It contains answers to common questions: how to create a website, what to write in the fields, how to edit texts and photos, how to connect your own domain, and how to set up sections. The materials will help you figure things out without contacting support.

The builder is simple: you fill in the fields on the creation page, and then edit the content directly on the finished website. If something does not work or is unclear, check the relevant help item. The instructions are written in plain language and describe every step.

In Help you will find answers to questions:

  • how to come up with a website address and what to do if the name is taken;
  • how to change the title, description, and other texts on the page;
  • how to add products, services, or request forms;
  • how to connect your own domain instead of an address on firstline.com.ua;
  • how to set up sections and modules for your business needs.

If you cannot find the answer you need, use the feedback form — we will help you figure it out. The section is updated so that you can always find current information about working with the builder.
